It’s wine harvest time in Borgo di Vigoleno®! The daily activity farmhouse work around the barn, with horse still in paddock during the day, and the cultivation of fruit and vegetables in organic production. In our vineyards we gather grapes, with a small personal production of Vin Santo di Vigoleno, while seasonally our land gives us cherries, plums, blackberries and red fruits, blueberries, peaches, pears, apples, persimmons, quinces , apricots, figs, walnuts, almonds.

In the garden, the herbs are combined with tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, carrots, fennel, melons, cauliflower, broccoli, and of course salad. Our hens are kept on the ground outdoors, every day of offer fresh eggs.
